Manage your fleet
Vehicles, jobs, handovers and returns with a signed report, mileage, documents and fines; and how much each vehicle works, with an occupancy report for the bank. Your data is yours and it leaves whenever you want.
Share capacity
You show the network the vehicles you choose, on the days you choose. Nothing is exposed by default. When a vehicle is missing you ask another member; when one is idle you place it. The owner sets the price in the app, in a sealed envelope: only the fleet that asks sees it, and it is fixed on confirmation. No calls, no haggling. Each fleet states its payment terms, visible before anyone says yes.
Find drivers
Your team, their records and documents, and contact with professional drivers as a service separate from the rental.
Get new work
Requests arriving through the portal are shared out among the members covering that city and that vehicle type, in turn. VanRed only charges a coordination fee on that new work: 10 %, dropping to 8 % and 6 % depending on your tier; the same for everyone and shown before you accept.
What you bring to the network: if you bring VanRed a fleet or a client, you earn 20 % of the coordination fee VanRed collects on it for 24 months, and 10 % after that, while it stays active.
A member never orders through the portal: any vans you need are requested in the app, between members.
